1. What is your favorite holiday?
New Year. Probably because it is pretty much the only holiday we celebrate, but still.
2. Do you send holiday cards?
Yes. Although I send them mostly to friends and for Christmas Exchanges, not to relatives. I really should change that... next year.

Dimensional Snowflakes
It was too cold to go anywhere this weekend, so instead I spent some time on making decorative snowflakes. These are the ones that turned out good. Most of them I will take to work tomorrow, as I can make more for home :D Still have colored paper left over.

Testing new camera
My old camera is ruined thanks to being cheated at the repair shop. Repairing it for real would cost close to what a new and better camera costs and will take close to a month. I gave up and bought a new camera. Still need to get used to it, but it has better zoom - 14x against old 12x - and a few interesting functions, like slow-motion video ( Read more... ) -
Photo dump.
This weekend was warm and nice with over +15C during day and clear sky, but tomorrow there will be rain and after that weather changes to cold. So this weekend was our last overnight stay at dacha, it will be too cold for anything but day-trips. I spent two days relaxing, cutting up old trees to cover strawberries and for firewood and taking photos ( Read more... ) -
Lazy-lazy
After all the work before, it was a lazy New Year. We went to bed by 2am and then spent 1st and 2nd just doing nothing. At least I am mostly done with my current stitching work - I only need to finish tail and the dragon will be done.
